Prior to joining the Group, Eric Belmonte was asso­ ciated with Carrefour (formerly Promodès), a major hypermarket chain in France and was responsible for implementing their jewelry offering, "A World in Gold" (Un Monde en Or).

Before that, he founded and led his own company, Antea, and developed a chain of 16 jewelry stores in France. Eric Belmonte started his career in thejewelry and watches industry in 1980, holding various mana­gerial positions.


Graduated from EM-Lyon and Sciences Po-Pa­ris. He joined Histoire d'Or in 2004 as a salesman.

Since he joined the company, Romain Peninque occu­pied a number of management positions within the sales department until he became in 2010 the Com­mercial director of Histoire d'Or, the main banner of the Group, and, in 2012, the Group Commercial Direc­tor of THOM Europe. He is the CEO of the company since October 2015.


Deputy CEO and CFO of the Group. He joined the Group in 1995 and was CFO / General Manager until April 2016.

Prior to this, he held during ten years several senior positions in Financial, Management, Control and Audit Departments of the FNAC GROUP.

Jean-Pierre Chantrel began his career in an audit firm where he spent 5 years. He is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce du HAVRE and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. 


Graduate of EM-Lyon. He joined Thom Europe in 2017 as Deputy CFO. He has 13 years of experience in finance and management.

He was a senior consultant in Transaction Services at Ernst & Young and later joined Eight Advisory (founded by former managing partner of Ernst & Young TAS France), which he left as Director in Transaction Services.


Graduate of Executive MBA at HEC.

He has more than 20 years of experience in retail and FMCG in France and abroad.

He started his career in Decathlon in France then had experience in Belgium, Italy and USA in Supply Chain and IT department.

After 10 years, he joins L'Oreal in the headquarters first and then in Chile and Brazil in charge of Operations for the 4 divisions.

After 9 years in l’Oreal, he had experience in Printemps as Chief Operation Officer and then GIFI in charge of Supply chain for the Group.

He joined Thom Europe in 2016 as Group Supply Chain and IT Director.


41, is the Supply Chain and Product Director of the Group. She is responsible for the product strategy and product mix structure for the different banners of the Group.

She is also in charge of the product sourcing and pur­ chasing platforms in Asia and ltaly,and for the deve­lopment of the end-to-end supply chain.

Prior to joining the Group in 2000, she was Project Manager at Bijoutiers de France (currently Synalia), responsible for products sourcing.

Noëlle Allara started her career as Development Ma­nager at lntermarché, primarily responsible for develo­ping their in-store jewelry concession. Noëlle Aliara graduated from Reims Management School (SUP'TG program) in 1995.
